The family of Double L Farm consists mainly of Donald & Gwen Rice, their three children: Audrea, Andy, and Aonya, plus one son-in-law, Chris, one daughter-in-law, Lacy, twin grand sons, Skyler & Tyler, and especially last but not least the farm dog, Prince. Donald and Gwen are the exclusive owners of Double L Farm, as well as their own Registered Investment Advisory Firm in Birmingham, AL. Donald is a Certified Financial Planner and Registered Investment Advisor. Gwen is the Firm’s office manager. Both are continuously involved in the Farms operations. Audrea is the oldest daughter and works as a Financial Planner at her father’s Firm. Her husband, Chris, is a Junior College Basketball Coach, and they have twin sons: Skyler & Tyler. Andy is the middle child and only son. He is a Certified Tax Specialist & Wealth Management Specialist at his father’s Firm and is in the process of acquiring his CPA, & CFP. He is the off-site farm manager. His wife, Lacy, is a horse lover and works as a School Teacher and Girls Athletics Coach. They are expecting their first child in March 2007. Aonya is the youngest daughter. She is currently in graduate school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, studying childhood occupational therapy. |
